PLACING AND ORDER AND PAYMENT
All orders must be placed via online at www.originsofeden.com. For your convenience, local area residents may email customercare@originsofeden.com to schedule a delivery date for items purchased to avoid shipping charges. Origins of Eden accepts the following forms of payment through Paypal: Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover, and electronic check.
SHIPPING, ORDER PROCESSING & PACKAGING
Shipping is available via UPS or USPS in the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates will vary based on product weight; however, free shipping is offered for orders totaling $75 or more per address. All orders will incur a nominal handling fee for processing. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be mailed after payment is received. Our products are shipped in recyclable packaging, minimizing additional waste and thereby saving shipping costs whenever possible.
**Please note that due to the nature of many ingredients we use in our products, we provide cool shield packaging during hot summer months to help regulate product temperature during transit.**
DAMAGED & INSURANCE
Every care will be taken to make sure your product arrives to you safely. If your products are damaged upon receipt, we will be happy to assist you with claims if you ask. Please note though that any damage incurred is the responsibility of the carrier. Additional insurance is available and suggested for your protection.
MARKET FLUCTUATIONS
Although every effort is made to keep our prices stable, market prices fluctuate on raw ingredients in our product formulations. Thus, our product prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eden experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, please contact us @customercare@originsofeden.com to express your concern. Although we can not offer a refund on products, we will eagerly work with you to determine a happy resolution. If items are cancelled or refused, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling fee.

Please remember that shea IS a nut and comes from a nut tree, so it is NOT uncommon to see or feel traces of nutshell in your product. The women in Ghana work really hard to provide the finest shea around, but they simply can’t get it all out sometimes! Besides, it does not minimize the quality of the final product.
